Wednesday, June 21, 2017

NHS South Sefton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has announced its next governing body meeting and encourages residents to attend.

The governing body leads the organisation in key decision making, to strengthen the work that the group does to make sure that local health services are the best they can be for Sefton residents.

The CCG holds its bi-monthly governing body meetings in public, so people can hear them discussing and making decisions about local health services.

Doctors, nurses and other health professionals who make up the committees will discuss a range of issues including the performance of the services they commission, like hospitals and community care.

The NHS South Sefton CCG meeting will take place on Thursday 6 July at Merton House, Stanley Road in Bootle at 1pm.

Future dates can be found here and papers will be made available before each meeting takes place: www.southseftonccg.nhs.uk/about-us/governing-body/governing-body-meetings

Anyone who is interested in attending is asked to call 0151 247 7000 to confirm their attendance.
