Invite to Liverpool Community Health's AGM

Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust (LCH) is inviting its staff, patients and members of the community from across Merseyside to attend their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 27th September.

The meeting will be held between 4.00pm – 7.00pm at the Trust’s Lecture Theatre, 2nd Floor, Babbage House, Liverpool Innovation Park, Digital Way, L7 9NJ.

The AGM will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn more about the Trust and its work to support communities in Liverpool, Sefton and neighbouring areas over the last 12 months.

The Trust will present their Annual Report and Financial Accounts for 2015/16 and key achievements from the last year, as well as on overview of future plans for delivering more joined-up, out of hospital care to patients, working in close partnership GPs, and other health and social care colleagues.

The event will also include a ‘marketplace’ space, which will be open from 4.00pm – 5.30pm to help showcase a range of community health services that the Trust provides.

This include services such as District Nursing, Community Matrons, School Nurses, Health Visitors, Dental Services, Walk-in Centres, Therapy Services, Wheelchair & Community Equipment Services, Sexual Health Services, Blood Testing, Podiatry, and a range of specialist outreach projects for vulnerable groups.

The event is free to attend, and tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
