A new leaflet has been produced by NHS England in conjunction with the BMA and the National Association for Patient Participation (NAPP) with information to explain your journey from your GP to the specialist.

The leaflet covers why you’ve been referred, what happens if you need a test or procedure and who to contact if you have any further questions. There is also a checklist to ensure you have all the information for your journey.
