Healthwatch Sefton COVID-19 survey

Healthwatch Sefton is your independent local champion for health and care. One of their main functions is to gather feedback from people using health and care services so if there are any issues they can highlight them to the commissioners and providers of these services to make improvement. This is especially important right now when keeping people safe is a priority.
They want to hear from you about how the COVID-19 outbreak has affected accessing health and care services. This can also include feedback from family members too. By sparing a few minutes in completing their survey, your comments can help commissioners and providers improve their services. Good feedback is important too because they also need to know what is working well. All feedback in the survey is anonymous.
