We're pleased to announce that our medicines management team were shortlisted in the Primary Care Pharmacy Association (PCPA) Excellence in General Practice Pharmacy Awards 2020.

The PCPA is the largest and longest standing independent organisation dedicated to supporting pharmacy professionals working within primary care.

The team were shortlisted for the Primary Care Pharmacy Team of the Year Award for the development and delivery of the innovative pharmacy hub model, which has helped to improve patient experience in Sefton as well as providing significant support to our GP practices and pharmacies. 

The team's work on this has also been highlighted in the NHS Parliamentary Awards. Find out more here.
