Sefton residents are being asked for their experiences of language services that they have accessed at their GP practice. This includes interpretation services, materials translated into other languages and information in alternative formats such as easy read, large print, audio and braille.

The trust is encouraging anyone who has recently used its services to provide feedback, to find out what it is doing well and where it may be able to improve. You can do this by completing one of its patient surveys.
